Helpful and chatty, nice and cool. Shame the Fiano want by the glass, but great to see a wine list when having a pizza. GF bases also a happy option. A cool balance of laid back pizza shop and restaurant style service. Glad they were open and happy to come back again.
Such beautifully natured staff here! Good food at a decent price! From my experience I would highly recommend!!
We decided to go here for a birthday meal tonight. Very pleased with both the food and the service. I took a birthday cake along for my daughter and they were more than happy with that . Even put it in the fridge till we needed it. ......the food was great.....! I would certainly go back.
Outside chairs have not been cleaned in a long long time. We decided to eat inside the cafe at 8.45pm and a similar(not as bad though) cleaning pattern could be noticed. As we started our meals two fly's bombarded our table and we saw a roach head towards my wife's hand bag and this was disturbing.The meals were all solid and of good size. The chicken risotto was good but could have had more chicken. The chicken snitzel was also good. The Louisiana Pasta was very nice.The cafe is dated and obviously staff are not instructed to clean and wipe down tables/floors etc. In fact I think they are light on staff which may be why some of the issues above exist.The staff were friendly and as mentioned the food was good without being outstanding.If there was 2 1/2 stars this would have been my rating and 3 1/2 to 4 if someone got a bottle of bleach to the place.
This cafe is in an excellent location but has yet to impress me. Only had a coffee and cake but I think some better service and a step up on the food would do wonders. Sitting on High St footpath is really nice on a fine day
